This lecture by Roland Bradford was held during an event in Omaha, Nebraska, on November 7, 1975. Bradford is Oglala Sioux. Bradford, a long-term staff member of Our Lady of Lourdes School, detailed his experiences working as an educator on the Pine Ridge Reservation. Bradford described his childhood and experiences growing up. He shared his observations on the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Finally, he shared Our Lady of Lourdes aims for students as well as his own teaching philosophy.
