A red and white bowling shirt worn by a member of the UNO women’s bowling squad during the period 1969-1971. On the back of the shirt is a cross-stitched image of OUampi, the university mascot that was a caricature of a Native American, and "UN Omaha."

Scope and Contents

Red shirt back worn by the UNO Women's Bowling Team at the Milo Bail Student Center bowling alley. The shirt bears a hand-stitched depiction of a Native American in the style of OUampi. Connie Claussen and Bev Sanders were the volunteer coaches of the team.
