A framed OU pennant made by Anna McKee Halsey for a student. According to information with the pennant, she made a pennant for each student. She was the wife of Walter Halsey, co-founder of the university, and herself served as a counselor during the early years of OU.

UNO Maverick Pennant, circa 1970s
This is as red and black felt University of Nebraska Omaha pennant. Along with the name of the school the pennant has a caricature of the school mascot, the Maverick, leaning against a white "UNO." This early version of the mascot depicts the Maverick as an anthropomorphic black bull wearing a white cowboy hat and a red sweater. The pennant is approximately 11.5" x 29.5" in size.
