Between 1973 and 1982, George Round conducted oral history interviews with about 300 individuals connected to the development of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, agriculture, and the state of Nebraska. The oral histories cover the time period from 1910 to 1973. The oral history records include cassette tapes, reel-to-reel tapes, and selected interview transcripts. The materials are arranged alphabetically.
Jane Dunnewold, Quilt Papers (1973-2020) includes Dunnewold’s notebooks with design ideas and notes, awards, correspondence, publications by or featuring Dunnewold, newspaper clippings, and art exhibition catalogs and fliers. Also included are handmade artbooks, designs, newsletters, and photographs of Dunnewold’s work
John Moran, Music Papers includes correspondence, newspaper clippings and articles, concert and event programs including the Willa Cather Centennial Concert, photographs, Introduction to Symphonic Music course audiocassettes, and materials related to the University of Nebraska School of Music and All-State High School Fine Arts Courses summer program.
The Larry Moeller, Marching Band Records contains photographs, programs, and trip souvenirs from the 1969 Nebraska vs. Georgia Sun Bowl. Incuded are 1980-1998 Alumni Day photographs, and late 1960s marching band cap, windbreaker coat, and “Jack’s Boys” t-shirt. Audiovisual materials include various Cornhusker Marching Band vinyl long-playing (LP) Records from 1965-1985.
