C.W. Ackerson, Biochemistry and Nutrition Papers
This collection contains numerous publication and research bulletins from the career of C.W. Ackerson. Most of the articles are written on the topics of nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus metabolism of hens; vitamin A, B12, and D requirements of chicks; and the nitrate problem in animal nutrition. Also in the collection are a photograph of Ackerson and two CVs along with bibliographical lists.
Poultry Science, Records
This collection contains general materials regarding the Poultry Science department of the College of Agriculture. Included is a pamphlet, Just Over the Hill, from 1925 detailing the Poultry Science program. Another pamphlet, Careers in the Poultry Industry, explaining opportunities of Poultry Science graduates. Finally, there is document containing information on proposed course modifications in the program from Nov. 1, 1966.
