C.W. Ackerson, Biochemistry and Nutrition Papers
This collection contains numerous publication and research bulletins from the career of C.W. Ackerson. Most of the articles are written on the topics of nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus metabolism of hens; vitamin A, B12, and D requirements of chicks; and the nitrate problem in animal nutrition. Also in the collection are a photograph of Ackerson and two CVs along with bibliographical lists.
Leunis Van Es, Veterinary Science Papers
The papers contain biographical information, newspaper articles, bibliographies, personal correspondence, and correspondence relating to his involvement in the American Veterinary Association and the publication of his book, Animal Hygiene and Preventative Veterinary Medicine (1949). Papers also include research notes, four volumes of newspaper publication scrapbooks, and publications relating to animal nutrition and disease, veterinary medicine, and rural hygiene.

This collection consists of the papers of Marvel L. Baker and includes his own writings, articles on Baker, and photographs. Included in his writings is an autobiography, titled One Goosenest Wasp (Notes to his Grandchildren).

Animal Science, Publications consists of historic articles, research bulletins, and other publications collected by the Department of Animal Science for use as a library reference file. The library was stored in a file cabinet and its subject headings and arrangement are original. Items within each subject were arranged by publication date for ease of access.
