The collection consists of subject files from the office of Vice-Chancellor for Business and Finance Administration, Joseph Soshnik.  An additional inventory is available.

The collection is comprised of Roy M. Green's professional and personal correspondence, biographical materials, speeches and articles, subject files, newspaper clippings and other memorabilia.  The correspondence includes a letter from Herbert Hoover, letters from governors, and a letter about Dwight Kirsch.  Speeches and articles relate primarily to professional and technical problems; engineering; industry; and more general topics such as Green's philosophy of life.

The collection consists of departmental and general correspondence, subject files, personal, and professional papers of William V. Lambert, Dean of the College of Agriculture. A majority of the materials relate to agriculture extension, research, education, and experimentation as well as departmental operations.
