On orders from his father, Clyde T. Mastin kept a detailed account of the money he spent during his years at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1895 to May 1899, when he spent $5.00 for his diploma. The remainder of the account book is filled with itemized expenses and income from a period during which he worked for the railroad.

Also included are materials gathered from Lawrence Youngman’s interest in Nebraska aviation and air travel in general and from the months he spent in Europe as an Omaha World-Herald correspondent during World War II.

Royal Shakespeare Company Visit to UNO
The Royal Shakespeare Company visited the University of Nebraska at Omaha in March 1975, staging performances and holding workshops and instructional sessions. The collection includes photographs, a program, and a copy of the publication England in the Age of Shakespeare.

Sarah Finch Scrapbook and Unidentified Ledger
The scrapbook of Sarah Finch was created by re-using the ledger of an unidentified business. Miss Finch’s scrapbook includes sheet music, poetry, news clippings, and illustrations. The sheet music includes a printed sheet as well as the handwritten Stephen C. Fosters song "Hard Times." The merchant’s entries cover approximately 100 pages and identification of the merchant may be possible with further study.
