Ernesto Mejia-Sanchez, Poems

Scope and Contents

The collection consists of handwritten poems on cardboard, one written in 1956 in New Orleans, Louisiana, and six others known as "Notebook from Nebraska" written in 1963 while Mejia-Sanchez was in Lincoln, Nebraska. Also included are a brief biographical sketch and a short newspaper clipping about the poetry. All the poems are in Spanish.
