The collection consists of a signed studio portrait of Lady Bird Johnson, a letter from Thomas B. Thorson to Lyndon B. Johnson inviting him to speak for the University of Nebraska Faculty Club, and a response from Johnson’s assistant. The letters are from March 1968.

Lavender Couch Records
The records of Lavender Couch include fliers, posters, and photographs documenting the alternative rock, all-lesbian band's shows or gigs in Omaha, Lincoln, and other locales. Publicity photos and casual photos of band members are also available. A small number of contracts or agreements are part of the collection along with ephemera such as a sticker. A copy of the band's eponymous 1994 audiocassette tape is part of the collection.

Lawrence Bruner, Entomology Papers
The papers include personal, business, and professional correspondence, lecture notes, diaries, journal articles, bibliographies, notebooks, genealogies, lists of insects collected and named, newspaper clippings, entomological publications, lists of genera and species determined by Bruner, detailed drawings of many species of grasshoppers, systems for plague eradication, detailed expense accounts, photographs and slides, and artifacts such as name plates, book plates, and drawing quills.

This collection includes materials from Travel & Transport, Inc., Nebraska tourism, and Haulaway, Inc. Also included are materials gathered from Lawrence Youngman’s interest in Nebraska aviation and air travel in general and from the months he spent in Europe as an Omaha World-Herald correspondent during World War II.

The records consist of an album with family photos, travel pictures, and photos of the University of Nebraska, an album of United States Army photos, a brochure, a photograph of Klasna, a copy of Klasna's obituary, Klasna's military officer's name plate and desk name plate, bronzed desk mementos, and a compact disc containing scanned pictures of the photo albums.
Leon B. Poullada Papers
The papers of Ambassador Leon B. Poullada include copies of photographs and correspondence. The photographs are late 20th century copies of photos of various Afghan people dated as circa 1920-1939. The correspondence, notes, and related documents of Poullada relate to Afghanistan and his research related to the country. Material is in the order it was upon accessioning which is not chronological and includes undated documents.
Leon E. Aylsworth, Political Science Papers
The collection includes documents relating to Aylsworth's teaching career and to his research on state and city legislations and congressional redistricting. His teaching materials include lecture notes, test questions, and lantern slides used in the classroom. There are some materials that were produced by students and these items are restricted. The final series of materials are photographs.

Papers also include research notes, four volumes of newspaper publication scrapbooks, and publications relating to animal nutrition and disease, veterinary medicine, and rural hygiene.
