Scope and Contents
The interview materials include subject files on individual quilters as well as 136 cassette tapes of interviews and speeches given at various quilting events. The subject files include biographical information and photos or slides of the interviewee, quilts they created or own, and correspondence with Dottie Moore.

Biographical / Historical
Dottie Moore is a quilt artist from Rock Hill South Carolina. She started a project called "Piecing a Quilt of Life," the goal of which was to document the lives of the women she interviewed.
