The collection consists of an undated 34-page manuscript, “Medical Practice in Nebraska the Past Ninety-Two Years”. The manuscript touches on key developments in healthcare from the 1870s when Thompson’s grandfather began practicing in Sutton, Nebraska, through the span of Thompson’s own career, which began in the early 20th century.
