Biographical / Historical
Harold H. Gilman was a conservationist and professor of agronomy at the University of Nebraska from 1953-1973. He worked for the United States Department of Agriculture Soil Conservation from 1935 to 1956 and supervised Civilian Conservation Corps camps during the 1930s. He died in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1983
