Scope and Contents
The collection consists of records of the Association of Campus Religious Workers including correspondence (1923-1939), minutes of the Federated Church Workers (1934-1967), Religious Welfare Council and Religious Workers membership rolls (1945-1956), and the Constitution of the University of Nebraska Council of Religion (1952-1953). Most of the correspondence relates to financial, legal, tax, insurance, and real estate matters. Minutes provide information about members, activities, meeting places, expenses, and budgeting.

Biographical / Historical
The Association of Campus Religious Workers (ACReW) formerly known as The Association of Campus Pastors and the Professional Religious Workers, is an organization of pastors of churches on or serving the University of Nebraska Campus. The purpose of the organization is to promote the religious welfare of the students and coordinating the activities of campus religious groups at the university.
