Handbooks and Guides, University Libraries Records
Scope and Contents
The handbooks and guides are those created for the University Libraries. They include “Handbook of the Libraries,” “Library Notes,” “Look to your Libraries” “Lending Code” “The Card Catalog,” “Circulation Regulations” and “Your Library.” These items provided information on the libraries and book locations, library maps, using the card catalog, checking out books, and other services provided for patrons. The Libraries operated an undergraduate library in Nebraska Hall and several items, produced between 1970-1973, provide information on this library location that no longer exists.
