Arrangement
Annual volumes, reports, and books have been cataloged and may be found by searching the library catalog. Some records from the 2003 transfer were absorbed into the University Archives File Cabinets. Other materials have not yet been arranged and described.
Custodial History
In 2003, the College of Continuing Studies was subsumed into the College of Public Affairs and Community Service. During or soon after 2003, staff were moved into new offices. Lacking the space to retain their files, CCS transferred their records to the University Archives. Also in the CCS Records collection are many loose reports and bound volumes which predate 2003, but accession records are not available for these.
Immediate Source of Acquisition

Processing Information
Annual books and other bound volumes were processed by Criss Library staff prior to 2003. Several boxes of records (perhaps as many as half of those transferred from CCS) were processed by Cynthia Taylor, Archives Assistant, between 2003 and 2012, and these files were absorbed into the University Archives File Cabinets. The remaining 20 boxes of files from the 2003 transfer have not yet been arranged and described.
Annual volumes and selected other books and serials were cataloged in 2016 and may be found by searching the library catalog.
