Scope and Contents
A preliminary index of the film based on the version received has yet to be been created. No audio. Chapters are named with some or all of what appears in that particular clip. The clips are very brief, usually less than 30 seconds in length, and overlap (a title and scenes may appear at the end of one clip and the beginning of the next). 51:45: Title card reads “Nebraska hens laid 933,084,000 eggs last year. Thousands of cars of poultry are shipped annually from the state.” Baseball star Babe Ruth with the queen of egg layers, aka Babe Ruth, aka Lady Norfolk. Baseball player Lou Gehrig is also at the end of the clip with baseball player Babe Ruth, and chicken Babe Ruth who lays an egg into the other Ruth's hand.
