The collection is open for research use. Manuscript collections and archival records may contain materials with sensitive or confidential information that is protected under federal or state right to privacy laws and regulations, the Nebraska Public Records Statutes (Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 84-712 through 84-712.09), and other relevant regulations. Confidential material may include, but is not limited to, educational, medical, and personnel records. Custodial History
This box contains materials from two sources. Artifacts circa 1978-2013 were separated from UNO University Relations Records, and were transferred to University Archives circa 2013 or 2014. Artifacts circa 2013-2018 were collected by Erin Owen during her years as Director of the UNO Office of University Communications, and transferred to University Archives on May 19, 2020. In October 2021, the materials from University Relations and University Communications were combined into a single box by the Director of Archives and Special Collections.
