Scope and Contents

Three-ring binder including the history and former policies of University Relations, the precursor to the UNO Office of Communications. Documents in the binder include a planning document circa 1980; descriptions of the budgets of University Relations/Printing and Duplicating Services circa 1979; budget projections for the 1980/1981 fiscal year; contingency items; a description of the Radio-TV Department circa 1980; budget information for the UNO Scene television program, TV Classroom, Maverick sports, and departmental chargebacks; a recommendation to change the department name from Radio-TV to University Television; information about KVNO(FM) Fine Arts Radio and WSPO Campus Radio, including budget information and recommendations for the two radio stations; a photocopy of the University Relations/Printing and Duplicating Services brochure circa 1978; and a list of departmental priorities circa 1978-1984.
