In November of 2000, Robert Runyon, Director (1978-1999) and Dean (1999-2001) of University of Nebraska at Omaha Criss Library, was interviewed by Jack Newton for Reflections in Time. Dean Robert Runyon was born in Summit, NJ. He received a B.A. (1956) from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, and an M.L.S. (1960) from Rutgers University.

The Robert S. Runyon Papers include materials related to Robert S. Runyon's tenure as Director (1978-1999) and Dean (1999-2001) of the Criss Library (then called the University Library) at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
