Biography

David Richards has been the Dean of UNO Libraries since January 2016.

Prior to coming to UNO, he served as Head of Special Collections and Archives at Missouri State University (1997-2015), special collections librarian at University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg, and archivist in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Springfield, Illinois. He holds a B.A. in History (1988) and M.A. in European History (1990), both from from Western Illinois University, and an M.A. in Library and Information Sciences from Louisiana State University (1993).

Scope and Contents

The International Programs Review Committee was charged with the purpose of reviewing the alignment of the Office of International Programs with the overall campus academic mission.

The committee operated from September 2020 through May 2021. Members included David Richards (chair), Lucy Morrison, Juan Casas, Jason Coleman, Jody Neathery-Castro, Tej Adidam, Angela Eikenberry, Steven Williams, Magie Hall, Omar Correa, and Cathy Pettid.
