Pearl Parsons was the Office Coordinator for the University of Nebraska at Omaha Office of the Dean of the College of Education (1965-1987, retired). She served the UNO College of Education under six deans: Frank Gorman (1950-1967), Paul Kennedy (1967-1975), Edward Dejnoska (1975-1978), David Kapel (1978-1980), Donald Myers (1980-1986), and Richard Flynn (1986-1999).
