Biography
Richard Duggin was hired as a professor in the UNO Department of English. He was part of the team that wrote a proposal for the creative writing program, which would become part of the College of Communication, Fine Arts, and Media. He received his bacehlor's degrees in English literature and creative writing from the University of New Hampshire and M.F.A. from the University of Iowa.
