Biography
Paul Borge was a professor of communication at the Municipal University of Omaha and its successor the University of Nebraska at Omaha, circa 1950s-1990s. Borge was born in Deerfield, WI, and moved to Minnesota as a small child. He received his B.A. (1947) from Luther College in Decorah, IA. He was head of the OU Radio-TV Department and founded both UNO's radio station KVNO and educational television station KYNE (UNO Television). He also hosted several shows on KVNO and KYNE, including the UNO history series Reflections in Time.

Reflections in Time is a series of 125 interviews produced from 1979 to 2007 with former UNO staff, faculty, and administrators. Of the 125 interviews in this series, the first 73 programs (1979-1991) were hosted by UNO Professor of Communication Paul Borge and the final 52 (2000-2007) were hosted by UNO Dean of Arts & Sciences Jack Newton.
