Bernier, Mary Macchietto

Biography

Mary Macchietto Bernier is a Senior Development Director for the University of Nebraska Foundation, through which she works as a fundraiser for the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is also a UNO graduate. During the 1990s, she was the conference manager for the UNO College of Continuing Studies. She married Robert Bernier in 2001. In 2007, the Berniers established the Mary Macchietto Bernier UNOWC Scholarship Fund through the UNO Women's Club to assist nontraditional students. She served as president of the UNO Women's Club in 2013-2014.
