Scope and Contents The majority of items include histories on the Women's Physical Education Department at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, either written by faculty or alumni. Mabel Lee, who directed the department from 1924-1952, wrote an historical essay and provided multiple sets of statistics on classes, students, faculty, administrative staff, and general activities.
