Biography
Wilfred Payne was a professor of Philosophy at the Municipal University of Omaha from 1931 until 1963, spending part of that time as Chair of Humanities. He held a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin (1930). Among his research interests were nineteenth century utopian communities and tonal design in pipe organs.
