The collection includes correspondence, curricula, rosters, syllabi, schedules, board meeting minutes, and other records related to the ASTP program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

The collection consists of photographs, a newspaper clipping, and a typed reminiscence related to Harvey N. Lorenz’s time in the Army Specialized Training Program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  He was in the ASTP from June 1943 to September 1944.

Helen Plasters Nemzek, Student Life Papers contain correspondence, scholarship award certificates, news clippings, sorority pins, and photographs from Helen’s experience as a student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln during the 1940s. Also included are photographs of Helen’s childhood, family, and events.
