Relating to programs the University of Nebraska conducted with Ataturk and Ankara universities in Turkey, the records include correspondence, subject files, minutes, reports, faculty information, and two photographs.

The collection is comprised of Roy M. Green's professional and personal correspondence, biographical materials, speeches and articles, subject files, newspaper clippings and other memorabilia.  The correspondence includes a letter from Herbert Hoover, letters from governors, and a letter about Dwight Kirsch.  Speeches and articles relate primarily to professional and technical problems; engineering; industry; and more general topics such as Green's philosophy of life.
