The Air Force ROTC Detachment 470 Scrapbook Presented to OU President Milo and Josephine Bail Upon the Retirement of Milo Bail, 1965, is a single-volume, fabric-covered binder containing letters and photographs from student alumni and staff members of OU Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 470. The letters congratulate Dr. Milo Bail (1898-1984) on his retirement as president of the Municipal University of Omaha, a position he held from 1948 to 1965.
