Biography
Phi Eta Sigma is a national, interdisciplinary honor society. They were installed at the Municipal University of Omaha (now the University of Nebraska at Omaha) in 1948 as a national fraternity for freshmen men of high academic standing. Phi Eta Sigma was founded in 1923 at the University of Illinois. It was opened to female students in 1975. The last documentation of Phi Eta Sigma activity at UNO is dated 2008. As of 2014, Phi Eta Sigma does not have a charter at UNO.
