Biography
The Department of Gerontology is part of the College of Public Affairs and Community Service (CPACS) at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. The Gerontology Program began in 1972 as a single seminar which developed into a more formal program within CPACS by 1973/1974. It became the Department of Gerontology in 1985.
